but if he has static ip it wont help ... only works on Dynamic ip's

No, most IPs that are modem based like DSL can get a new IP

just change ur ip addrerss, That might help.

ok man i keped my modum off for a week and then i used smac and i spoofed ALLL the adresses and then i dowloaded warrock and then installed warrock and that even got rid of my hard ware ban =DDDDD

if its a hardware ban Google Mac Spoofer... it 'Spoofs' your Mac Address (No this isnt only for apple macs...)

They don't IP ban anymore. They only trace ips to track down other accounts you might have.
