I have made this mod more so that the valkrie rocket is more to power! rather than people going round killing people without the rocket. there for there was no point in playing the mod.
although now it is very hard to kill others without the killlstreak.

also it means that the valkrie rocket is better than other guns, hence more to power.

theres also more than impact power changed, infact the only thing that is the same is the actualy valkrie rocket view.
