Although it is hard to say since I know how much of a pain in the ass it is, but yes, you do need to reinstall.

Lol whenever i have to reinstall a game it usually takes me like a week to get around to it. I just be like, you know what, i'll do this later, don't need this game now. >.<

This is why you backup EVERY file. Takes 1/10 the time of re installing, worth it in the long run.

I do have a back up set of EVERY file, I C+P'd it like a year ago tho...

You have to back up your files every update, so you don't have to re-install. Year old files aren't good for anything but some mods. If you back-up after every patch, you never have to re-download again unless you majorly fuck something up.

I get that like once every Week, I never need to Reinstall.

You might not have to reinstall. I get that message when I'm about to login and I click/push the login button/enter button multiple times, usually when I'm lagging.

Thats the same reason, Why I get It. And I never even have to reinstall Lol.

3 Reasons I know:

1.) Mod fked it up
2.) Lag multi-click login
3.) Registry for CA got funny

1+3 = normally, re-download
2 = Better computer/less things open/better internet + relaunch CA

Great... Now right before I go into a game the mods im trying to test, It closes before I get in....
