Create Local Admin User BATCH way

This is alitte simple fun script that makes a new user on the PC you sit on. (local) with admin

Note!!!: if you run windows 7 open it with admin

Antivirus:
Viruschief
Virusscan

Edit the settings
the user that is createt when you use this is called
Username: new-user to change change both "new-user" to change it
password: password to change the the "password" in the bat file to anything

you can change those.
