[Help] Don´t know the message

Hey guys, since yesterday i´m getting this messeage.

For example i loaded the source code of SeptFicelle and try to build it and this message applied:

You pressed the little green button, go into Build > Build *Project Name* (Or Build Solution)

Make sure if you're using the .rar files that you extract them to a specific location that you can find. Like your desktop, that way you can have easy access to it. Then just do:

File->OpenProject
