I recommend:
> Wegame, its free and gives good results with the least hit on hardware of any recorder
> Of the bought ones I reckon fraps is the best all rounder

Many of these companies offer a trial version of te program, so try a few out
also this means you check the recorder works with your game of choice, before you purchase
