HEY EVERYBODY CAN YOU HELP ME ON HOW TO MAKE A DLL

OR WHO KNOWS THAT DEV C++ CAN MAKE A DLL FOR WALLHACK OR ANY HACK PLEASE ANSWER ME

DEV C++ is a compiler, if you do not even know that how do you expect to make a wall hack? C++ is the language you are to code in. Any C++ compiler can create a dynamic link library file. If you want to create a dynamic link library for a hack, then you must first learn to code in C++. Read a few books or look some tutorials up online. Google is your friend. Thanks, hope that helped.
