from what i can tell this program is safe...doesn't create or destroy any values or do anything to the registry...just a console program
also this is more of a shortcut exploit, not a jpeg exploit
kinda curious to why you packed it though...

I'll be sure to virus scan next time!
All it does is display "Hello, World!" as a message box.
Also the fact that you put .jpeg is kind of weird
Virus screens or gtfo.

Virustotal works great imo. And if people are not very smart they might din dong doodly download a v-rus by acccccident
