please help

My pc is acting up again
when i click like lets say...
MSN on the invintations for friends i click it
and it does nothing... just highlights it
and in photoshop when they ask for an agreement
i press i agree. nothing happens...
so if anyone could help PLEASE PLEASE
help me. and i need the help fast because i have homework
and i cant do it cause its on the computer
