Question about Steam.

I just got my black ops copy, and when I was installing it, it wanted to me to Install Steam so I did. It was updating, and stuck at 0% so i restarted it and it was stuck at 3%. So i uninstalled it then I downloaded Steam from the official website. It's updating good so far 46% complete but this version has a brown background, the other one had a black background (when updating). Did i download a different version or did i do something wrong :\?

Just my opinion though for that theres no actual installation you just need a 360 or ps3 to read the disc .

Re-download it again then. Steam default theme is black.

EDIT: Go here - http://store.steampowered.com/ and press Install Steam at top right.
