I start BO SP or MP, ti opens up, but instead of Menu, it's black screen (you know, while game is still opening- loading).
I waited 5 mins...10 mins... nothing changed, still black screen.
Yes, my system doesn't pass the minimum limit, but at least menu should come up!
What the hell do I need to do?

Come on, there could be a million reasons why it's not working. Give us a little more info please.
