Crossfire

Does anyone know how I can get my crossfire to start working again? every time I try to install or patch either it says im missing some files or it says: system error (then a code) no such interface supported. can anyone help? i havent been able to play for months and I dont know how to fix the issue, I have uninstalled, downloaded, reinstalled, and still the same on every download I try, I have also posted in tech support and sent in support tickets as well but I cant get it fixed, does anyone have a copy of the z8games crossfire files and or a solution to this issue? I can post some SS of the varios issues if that helps
