No audio Device?

Hello I having troblem my audio device is plug in but is saying it not found...

So I google..they said type in run services.msc w/e but it wouldnt open... next I try to open device manager but a error came up saying

mmc.exe error D:???????????????????

plz help

What has this got to do with WarRock?
