Skins are no longer on the list of things that wont get you banned.

I don't see how they can ban you for texture hacks, how would they know the difference between texture hacks and gun skins for example? I mean, unless it specifically checks certain files for changes. (iw files)

pretty sure it checks the CRC and file size. and i would assume this also means you arent allowed to use custom gun skins since technically it is a texture.

Yes, they check crc's and stuff, and it isnt certain that they will ban for it.

can i manipulate "custom skins" & say just models that help you get further in the game?... unlike custom camo's for guns etc?
