basicly games that VALVE PUBLISH which are protected by VAC2 skin edits etc are fine
games like MW2 and Blackops which VALVE HAVE NOT PUBLISHED which are protected by VAC2 skin edits are NOT allowed, anything core files edited other then CFG (config files) will trigger a ban in most cases what it's saying.

i suggest adding some null data into the file to match file size aswell as CRC, then it won't trigger a ban probb then it's safe
and my advice would be to wait for War3zdude92 skins, he does great ones from MW2, hes working on new BlackOps ones.
