Mouse scripts/macros bannable?

Treyarch mentioned that they would have some way of finding out if people were using scripts and macros. Do you think its for the modded controllers in console version or also the mouse macros in PC version?

How would they find out about mouse macros...?

I guess if the macro does actions not possible by humans such as clicking in 10 milliseconds intervals. I guess the game has a max rate of fire, but the modded controllers exploited that right?
