I don't wanna sound like an arse, but nobody is gonna teach you C++.
Your best bet is to buy a book and read it a few times. Any book will do really, just make sure it's fairly recent.
Although having a teacher is fine and dandy, finding one and paying one is a pain in the arse.

Lol... You guys will not get a teacher. If C++ is that hard here's an idea, look up a program called gamemaker. Learn its language, then go learn c++

ya guys, I learned from Sams Teach your self c++ in 21 days. Obviously it won't come in 21 days, but just take it little by little everyday. Trust me c++ isn't hard, after you learn the syntax and statements the only hard part is organizing the code to tell the computer or program to do what you want it's like a puzzle. The more you learn the more puzzle pieces you gain which helps you finish the puzzle. Have fun learning.

thanks whit, also the real fun begins when you learn the Win32 API, which you should probably do after you finish ur c++ basics book.
