I never use Javelin before and i don't understand how do i use it ... like i can't shoot with it.

You can use it only in UO or BG (right click and after you see a box around a vehicle hold SHIFT until it's locked and then shoot) Or get No restrictions hack xD

Joke, yea u need to lock on vehicle, u cant just shoot it, cqc it will not work, and u cant be on house if u shoot the rocket, it goes to sky before hitting target, so be careful with that.
