Do you want to make 3d graphics or just drawings?

Photoshop is for digital art.
Adobe Flash is for animations.
Plenty of programs for pixel art.
3DS Max/Maya/Blender for 3D design/animations.

Idk if I'd consider that graphics. Unless your using Digipaint. But sure, AE I guess.
