[SOLVED] No-Ip

So okey here is the problem.I was got a windows xp and i created no ip cod4.no-ip.info and my friends can join but now my pc is new with windows 7 and i do everithing then i do on xp created a new ip but my friend's can't connet when they connet the message pop out conection time 1... 2... 3... 4.. where is the problem?

You probably need to open your ports again/update your network drivers, also, UpNp?
