11) Finish whatever round your on, and you should be on the round you changed.
12) Your Done! P.S. The higher the round the stronger the zombies will be, it will take you forever to kill zombies in rounds 40++

You will most likely get a ban for doing this.
Tryed this on the day black ops came out, haven't been banned yet.
Or you could just open console and enter "God" "give all" even "noclip"
That way you get to play the rounds instead of editing it the hard way and then getting killed right away because they become extremely hard to kill
