Message GetDeviceCaps()Failed!

Okay, so when I tried to start Combat Arms today I got this message "GetDeviceCaps()Failed!" o-o And then it closed combat arms. I've never had trouble like this before. I also switched to game booster premium today, and got advanced system care. /

Any suggestions on what I should do? >.<

it means you either need to update your direct x drivers, your video card drivers, or you video card is not supported
