[SOLVED] help!

ok ive been visiting MPGH CF SECTION EVERY DAY . MY problem is ..
sometimes , when i type mpgh.net at my address bar , it says
"connection time out"

but i am connected to the internet .. even i restart my pc ,, im facing the same problem . any one can help me please

You meant the downtime?
