1. I know that some of the old Call of Duty 4 maps were used in DLC to play on MW2, so I was wondering if there is anyway to use the rest of those maps.
2. From the bunker creations, adding stuff to a map is definitely possible, so I was wondering if it is possible to combine two maps together? I don't mean like physically placing the rust structure in wasteland, because even though that would be great I can't see that being possible... what I mean is extending a map by placing two side by side.
I know these ideas are far-fetched, but thanks for your input anyways.

No there's no way, I tried this myself too 
Those maps are made from COD4 TO mw2, not the same maps :P
