COD Black Ops MP is offline?

Happend to me I have only launched Modloader with vac off same with catalyst hax then vac always have been off.

Getting that message means you're banned.
Happened with me, contacted Steam, yep.

No it does not. If you are banned you will get that message, but the message does not mean that you are banned. It means a few different things, but not for certain that you are banned.

But it still doesnt mean your banned. If you legitimately cant connect to the server than you are banned? no. So if you get that message, it may mean your banned, but it could mean other things as well.
