Stop bashing people because the mod they released wouldn't have taken much time. All that matters is how it looks. Don't like the way it looks? Say so, and tell why so they know what to do differently next time. If you think they rushed it, tell them to put more time and effort into their next mod, in a nice way. Don't harass them about it.

only a few of you i would consider a real judge /critic.
If it doesn't fit your standards, then too bad. unless the poster puts CnC (Comments + Criticism) then sure go ahead, tell them what to improve and what not. if they didn't, then don't.
Don't make the mod section biased. what if Project Recon made a shitty mod? you guys would say something like:
Didn't expect this from you guys, still love you.
and if a random new member posted it, you'd say:
WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS

this sucks, fuck you, no life, get out of here you suck dog shit.

Even though I don't really say much to those that release their mods, I know that they can do better, but I don't really tell them that for some reason. But reading what a lot of people say, I can see what you mean about many people that bash the crap out of them rather than giving words of encouragement and positive comments about how they can improve.
