Ok so i have a Emachines 2006 model W3107 heres the google link to my specs

ok so i run crossfire on the lowest posible settings i used gamebooster i close everything on task manger down , i delted all temp and rpefetch files, ive done a Disk clean-up and defrag. ive ran CC Cleaner, ive ran Advanced System care, i have Over clocked just a little bit and i close down every program on task manger, i have lowered all my computer's themes to the lowest and i STILL only have 20-30 fps what is the problem here? >.<
if someone that is good with computer plese tell me also i have raised my Ram to 630-650 now just an extra tip lol
