Mod menu

Hey guys i see alot of people have requested it but i really need one.
i need a mod menu that opens the laptop and choose visions ect. i was never taught how to make mod menus. it would be greatly appreciated.

download a mod with that menu and copy it into ur mod and modify it

it could be really cool if someone made a tutorial with 2 parts the basic and the intermedate of making a mod menu. just saying ;D but anyway try kbrizzles 3 patch it has laptop and all the shit

I'm not sure how to do that. I need to know how to add them and if i need to make a DD and event ect. .gsc file.
