If there are multiple stickies, then yes, you can kinda bump them to the top of the stickied threads. But since they're stickies, you aren't breaking any bump rules.

Yes, you can still, in term, 'bump' a stickied thread, but it only goes as far as it is: to the top of the stickied threads.
