hmm looks posterized when its not supposed to
AMMPPERRSANNNDDDDD. I like it. Perhaps you could have the top part of the & go "under and over" the 2nd "o" in "look". And maybe moving the light over to the right just a little bit? I think it would look better that way 
Lighting is off. Too dark, can't really tell whats going on - little specks everywhere.
render is over sharpened in the facial area.
