M16A3 hex file

Okay, im new to HEX modding right, well im always low on GP on Combat arms so i wanted to spice things up and rapid fire my M16A3, but...cant figure out which file to open, cna anyone help me out?

alright so i found the file but what do i edit out of it i know u gotta find firerate_0 which i did but wha i change out of that

take a look in the tutorials theres a thread on rapid fire or have a look at this theres a screen shot of the hex edit on there hope i helpd
