i dont play in hardcore servers but if i reinstall the game doesnt it says that the activate code already is used??

dude, how do you know u dont play hardcore? make sure ure filter is at "hardcore = no"

it must be hardcore, try to get a spyplane and look if u get radar.. and about the ammo doesnt matter, theres noneed to know when to reload, just reload after you got a kill
