he means changing the color of the names on bottom left when killing people

lol, maybe you jus add the ^1 or the ^2 and stuff codes? i didnt test it, im just trying to help

No there are actual commands. You change the RGBA value of it and it will change the color.

I realize these are bots, but it works online too.

Isnt this just something with the config.cfg ? (editing the values ? )

It is, but there is a way to get it to actually work in game. If you just do it in the config it wont work.
