Nx problem

i recently bought some Nx game cards when i redeem them i went into a game and i crashed after a while of playing the error said could not connect to the server.

i logged back in and i saw that 8k of my Nx disappered and i didnt even spend it
any ideas on how i could possibly get my Nx back??????????

ticket or call customer support

do i have to pay for a ticket??
