1. Get the photoshop plug-ins. 2. Put 'msvcrt10.dll' and MSVCIRTD.dll' in the 'photoshop' folder / directory 3. Put DTXFormat.8bi in the 'Photoshop>plugins>file formats' folder. (You do not need 'IMFlithDTX.dll')
1. Open RezXtract, and select the GUNS_M_PV_MELEE.rez file and then the GUNS_M_PV_SR.rez file
2. make a new folder call whatever u want and put these 4 files in it...
~M11_ANIBASE (Or ANI_G_M11 - same thing)
~PVMLA_M11 (Or CM_HND_NM_DF_M11 - same thing)
~L96A1_ANIBASE (Or ANI_G_L96A1 - same thimg)
~PVMLA_L96A1 (Or CM_HND_NM_DF_L96A1 - same thing)
ANIBASE and PVMLA are the same thing
ANIBASE and CM_HND_NM_DF are the same thing
so PVMLA and CM_HND_NM_DF are the same thing
ANI_G and ANIBASE are the same thing
ANI_G and CM_HND_NM_DF are the same thing
so ANI_G and PVMLA are the same thing
Except...u like reverse it...
3. Take ANIBASE(or ANI_G)_L96A1, copy the name and delete it
~rename PVMLA(or CM_HND_NM_DF)_M11 and press CTRL + V
(it should now be named ANIBASE(or ANI_G)_L96A1)
Reverse it now!
4. Take PVMLA(or CM_HND_NM_DF)_L96A1, copy the name and delete it
~rename ANIBASE(or ANI_G)_M11 and press CTRL + V
(it should now be named PVMLA(or CM_HND_NM_DF)_L96A1)
U will now be left with 2 files,
~ANIBASE(or ANI_G)_L96A1
~PVMLA(or CM_HND_NM_DF)_L96A1
5. open RezInject and on the top box click the 3 dots, (...) and selectt GUNS_M_PV_SR.rez
then on the bottom big box, click add, then go to the folder u did the mod in, and highlight the 2 files u ended up with and click ok
Inject And click out of the box
(Where ever the original .rez u modded was there will now be a file called GUNS_M_PV_SR.rezNew
6. Take the original file and move it sumwhere else for backup
~rename the modded file to GUNS_M_PV_SR.rez
~(delete the "New" and "rez")
Congratulations, u made an offical crossmod! =)

{You do not need the M11 for this mod, it changes the L96A1 into the M11 - so it gives it a smaller model (so u can see better), it givs it automatic reload (you dont do anything), and an insane fire rate, for like no scoping and spreading, Does not change texture, does not change damage, does not change scope (scope is still there)}
1. open the file "ReXtract" -- click on "File" in the top left corner
2.Go to the combat arms game folder and click on the (.rez) file u want to mod
Ex. If you want to mod shotguns you would open "GUNS_T_PV_SG"
Make Sure!! u have the _T_ not the _M_
(T) for textures
(M) for models
3. Go to the game folder in combat arms and there should be a folder named what .rez u opend ex. "GUNS_T_PV_SG" -- Open it and there will be alot of (.dtx) files
4. (optional) lets say u wanna mod the spas 12 .. drag the file "SPAS12.dtx" into the DTXView in the .rar it should show u what the .dtx view of the spas 12 looks like (this is just to make sure its the gun u want)
5. open DTXconvert and click on "SPAS12.dtx" in the "GUNS_T_PV_SG" folder in the game folder
- and click "Convert to Lithtech"
6. Now open photoshop/any photo editor u have and drag the file "SPAS12.dtx" onto photoshop/any photo editor u have
-- Make your changes and then go to file, save as, make sure it says "SPAS12.dtx" as the file name, then where it says save file type as make sure u click the .dtx file format, and save it in the "GUNS_T_PV_SG" folder, in the game folder -- When it asks you this file already exits, replace it? click yes
7. now open DTXconvert, click on "SPAS12.dtx" and click "Convert to Nexon"
(the file is now saved under the company name of Nexon again)
8. open "REZInject" and on the top address click the three dots (...) and select THE RITE ONE!!! in this case it would be "GUNS_T_PV_SG"
--then at the bottom adress click add and go to the game folder, go in the folder that REZXtract made (This case "GUNS_T_PV_SG") and click on "SPAS12.dtx"
-- if in the middle it says file unkown or something like that the file was corupted
(make sure theit is called the same name as originated "SPAS12.dtx")
9. Click Inject and when a window pops up that says Injection Succes click out of it, click out of REZInject, and go to the game folder of combat arms...
10. there will be to (.rez) files
--GUNS_T_PV_SG.rez <-- the original
--GUNS_T_PV_SG.rezNew<-- the 1 you modded
move the original to another folder (for backup -- optional)
and in the 1 u modded "GUNS_T_PV_SG.rezNew" Rename it and delete the New after .rez
something should pop up saying if u rename this file it may become unusable click"ok" or "yes"
11. You have officialy modded a CA gun -- go ingame with a spas 12 and it will be modded to wat u made it...
Model Modding=======================================
1. First u need the .rez programs
2. open the file "ReXtract" -- click on "File" in the top left corner
3.Go to the combat arms game folder and click on the (.rez) file u want to mod
Ex. If you want to mod assualt rifles you would open "GUNS_M_PV_AR.Rez"
Make Sure!! u have the _M_ not the _T_
(T) for textures
(M) for models
4.Go back to the combat arms game folder and there should be a folder named wat rez u extracted; for this it would be "GUNS_M_PV_AR"
5. There will be ALOT more files than the Texture folder for AR
6. EX. If you want to turn ur defualt gun [M16A3] into the G36E
You would get these files and move them to ur desktop (for easier access);;

**Since these are the 3D model of the gun and a file of .L TB not .DTX u wont be able to use dtxView to see what the gun is, srry
7. rename PVMLA_G36E.L TB to PVMLA_M16A3.L TB
rename PVMLA_W_G36E.L TB to PVMLA_W_M16A3.L TB
rename PVMSH_G36E.L TB to PVMSH_M16A3.L TB
8.open the program "RezInject", and make sure u get the rite folder!! ontop where it says filename: then a box; then the dots (...) click the 3 dots (...) and select the rite 1!!! this is where to inject the files!!!;;;
so this would be "GUNS_M_PV_AR"
Then click add on the bottom and select the 3 files u have on ur desktop for the new M16A3;;
PVMLA_M16A3.L TB
PVMLA_W_M16A3.L TB
PVMSH_M16A3.L TB
^^u modded the M16A3 to be the G36E so it has the M16A3 name^^
^*^ make sure u get the ones that have the G36E model but the M16A3 name!^*^
Click on those files under the "Add" tab in "RezInject"
If under that browers with "Add" and something says file unknown or file corrupted
u mest sumthing up, Make sure u have them named EXACTLY as there supposed to be!! make sure u get the rite files!! make sure u get to the rite .rez file to inject them to!!
Then Click Inject;;
Click out of a box that comes up that says Injection succesfull
9. go to the combat arms folder, the should be a file u made called "GUNS_M_PV_AR.RezNew"
10. Move the original .rez ("GUNS_M_PV_AR.Rez") to ur desktop for access
11. Rename the .rez u modded "GUNS_M_PV_AR.RezNew" to GUNS_M_PV_AR.Rez" (if something comes up saying, "if you rename this file, it may become unusable" Click "ok" or "yes"
12. make a folder called orig. GUNS_M_PV_AR and move the original file on ur desktop into that folder for backup
13. go ingame and take out ur M16A3 and it will be the G36E
14. Congratz, you made ur M16A3 into the G36E
Sound Modding=======================================
**G36E to G36KE**
1. Open RezXtract and in the top right corner click "file" and go to where a sounds .rez is (in this case "GUNS_SND_AR")
2. Go in the folder and into the G36E folder, delete all those sounds
3. Go in to the G36KE folder and copy all those sounds
4. Go back into the G36E folder and paste all the sounds in there
5. Open RezInject, go to the folder where the sounds are, highlight all of them and click ok

Under Status it will say say "Duplicate",
Click "Click Here to Resolve" and select the name with the G36E in it,
(this is so RezInject Knows wich gun / folder to mod
6. Do that until none of the sounds in RezInject say "Duplicate"
7. Click Inject
8. Rename
Code:
GUNS_SND_AR.rez to something else...
and
GUNS_SND_AR.rezNew to GUNS_SND_AR.rez
9. Put the file in the game folder and have fun! =)
