Contacted a Gmod that he/she will clean the CS:S section up a bit

NO, and if they did have it or make it they would keep it to them selves so stop begging your not a dog

Ventrilo.exe is indeed a hack. It's used in LAN games such as CEVO and what-not. He isn't spamming, but, he is begging. Ventrilo is a really rare hack and those who have it will doubtfully share it. It's hard to come by and if everyone has it, there really isn't any point of all the hard work that they went through to search for it. If you do happen to find a copy, however, odds are it will be backdoored and you'll get a virus or two from using it.
