VB to C++

I only know programming VB (Easy xD)..

Is possible convert VB to c++? With a program or something..
Becouse with vb u cant do things what you can put hotkeys that work in CF..=(

You can put keys...
Make the app to be always on the top and add ascii keys (find tutorial...)
