MPGH & malware?

I stumbled upon on mpgh when this page came up and it has come up alot of times so far :/

This Happened to me on the "Report Button Added" thing, I was like "The Hell?"
I thought it was a post that had a download.
So do I ignore it and click "Proceed" ?

MPGH is not malware, just a "glitch"

Its a link or img that was posted and flagged by google...
