I have Greenpois0n for my iPod Touch 4.1
If I upgrade to 4.2, it'll still be jailbroken right?
Because, I heard that it can't be patched.. [Boot ROM Exploit]

Nope it will deleted your Jailbreak if you upgrade, also they have a 4.2 Jailbreak but it's Tethered!!!
Follow this:

wait for SHAtter jailbreak to be released. it can jailbreak any iDevice on 4.2.1 or newer for life.
