how much fps i need that i dont have lag in game cuz i lag but maybe its just my pc

try to go in uk server
i have in alpha server 200 ping
and in uk 19 ping

Depends of your internet and your computer.
I have 150 FPS during the game, but the internet connection made me have 170 ping, I'm guessing what FPS i get without this net lag.

The higher your FPS The better, This is Frames per Second.
From what I've seen 60+ FPS Is Normal in Crossfire
The lower Your Ping the better, This is your distance or "Lag" from the Host Server.
Anything Below 90 Ping Is Average or "Non-Laggy"
Just To Help you further , These tips may Reduce your lag in game -

i got in uk server 5-30 ping and 20-25 fps but when i play with 6 players or more i just lag but i'll try game booster

go buy a new pc
try SmartClose
Bearable gameplay is over 30fps, smooth over 60fps, very good 100+
Of course stuttering and freezing is another thing, but those are the more or less generally accepted frame rate margins, so-to-speak.
If you want to boost your performance try Smartclose and updating your gfx drivers
