Try grinding some monsters around your level. Try searching the web to see which monsters have the best HP/XP value. Double/triple XP scrolls will also help a lot. Always use potions as much as you can. Just to enable constant use of MP costing skills. Also use buffs.
If you can get some1 from 10-15 levels higher to train with you in a party this will also be a great advantage. They'll be able to give you epic buffs. And you can train on a bit stronger monsters then u normally would. Especially if your friend is a Priest, as HP potions won't be needed anymore. This obviously grants more XP.
