Firefox takes a while to load up for me and chrome loads right up. They both go equally as fast when theyre open.
i love chrome i definitly like it better then IE and Mozilla.

i mean crhomes claim to be "better" arent really validated but i still prefer it just because of how it looks and operates. but back on topic...could it have something to do with your broswers settings ali?
i got worse laptop than yours and it's not happening to me. using same kind of laptop (win 7 64) and same browser.

Just tried it on Chrome. Snowflakes and scrolling both work fine.
