[SOLVED]noob question

i have found a trainer (zombie mod / co op) some tools it has in it
i've used it once with friends in private game
can i be banned for it?
and about console cheats is there away to use them without getting banned ?

Double posting only after 6 hours is not a good way to get answers.

But console cheats wont get you banned, but using trainers in any online mode can get you banned.

...and you can't type cheats directly into the console either, you have to go into the config file and add in the commands, since you can no longer access the console in sp, at least not until a console unlocker comes out
