You crash because you run out of Virtual Memory? Well, 1GB Ram sticks are like $60-$80, well worth the money if you ask me. Don't expect faster performance though, thats what a video card\Processor is for.

Well, i have 1 GB of RAM on the computer and minumun is 512mb.. :S

Your CPU is much important. Cuz i have a AMD sempron 3000+ (1.6 ghz) and 1,5 GIG RAM, 512 mb VIDEO CARD.. Still it stucks sometimes..
What processor u got?

the recommended ram now is 2GB.

1GB will get you no-where
reformatting will only give you like 100mb of ram depending on how much shit you have installed,

most you can do is close down everything you have running,
and then attempt playing,

another option =
Start > Run > Msconfig

go to Startup and disable pretty much everything except Display Drivers and Mouse/Keyboard Shit.

then go to Services > Tick the Hide all Microsoft Services and untick all the thing you dont use,
but if you do it wrong and shit you can fuck up most programs,

so just be a smart one and go buy another 1GB stick.

Yes and no, it might free up some space therefore making your RAM more effective than before, but it doesn't virtually give you more RAM, like 2GB goes to 3GB. I suggest buying more RAM, it's well worth it.

1 Gig of Ram is 10-20 bucks... Seriously.

Kk, but i just don't know how to put it in xD and it might be might Video card.. but I can play Shipment, Wetworks and Showdown.. So..? I think its more RAM than Video card.. Suggestions?

open slide panel of computer and there is space right there... move the wires aside, most of the time its right in front of you

you pop the ram stick right in there and its done...

if you cant find ram stick or don't want buy them go steal your schools they will have 510~1 gig ram sticks i don't know.. some cheap ones only cost like 2$ if you can find them
