I like it overall...the coloring is executed well...there are several things that kind of throw the eye off...anime its hard as hell to create any kind of depth while still blending an anime render...so I try to stay away from them for that reason. Another thing, the flow is thrown off by the C4D/Fractals in the background, the hair in the forground as well as his tears and the thing directly to the right of his face all flow diagonal top left to bottom right ( like this: \) so...the path of the brightest sections of the C4D/Fractals should follow that angle, to help create flow. And text...it scares me...I hate it...it pulls so much away from the focal...so yeah
I try not to rate people's work, because someone's work may be 10/10 of their ability while not even being a 4/10 on someone else's...so its all about the designer. Its nice work, and Id definitely like to check out some more of your stuff.
