Need Tutorial - How to make an annimation from a video

I really help doing what the title says! Im trying to make a animation from the film jumper but have no idea how! Can some one link me to a tutorial or give me one? Thanks

Get the frames you want then use Jasc Animation Shop 3 (now belongs to Corel). You can get the frames with the Animation shop or most other movie editors.
