Navigate to the installation directory for your CoD 4.

Most likely C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4

Inside there will be the players folder.

An injector is used to put the hack file (usually) inside of the game's memory, so it appears in game.

I used that before 2 days but the only thing that happens was to get resset my stats.
Decided to try it again, I followed the steps perfectly and it works

And one more thing if you are VIsta user when u go to Modern warfare folder there is Compatibility files button pres it and the "player/USERNAME" will appear !

Not everyting is unlocked for me... the Golden camo won't work and not all attachments are unlocked...
