renaming weapons

i know there use to be ui_hud_weaponinfo.rez but i cant seem to find it no more

like were u can change the dsr1 to say l96a1 ? or what ever so is there a way i can change that ?

You mean when you select the weapon that little box looks like an L9?
I don't have Combat Arms files anymore.

Its either in UI_HUD_WEAPON.rez, or UI_HUD_MESSAGE.rez.
