I couldnt find the right section so
how to install windows 7 ? I have windows xp but computer is almost dead( cant open internet, or anything on desktop and half programs are gone ), its win7 home prem. 32bit.
do i just put the disk in or how...

Installing vista is the same as installing Windows 7.

Maybe he have some backups or partition, he wont know how to handle it

off topic: i need a pirate windows 7 or a way to change OS back to Xp with no disk
most XP computers run incredibly slow with windows 7 i suggest staying with XP
