Small Version of C++?

I recently (5 days ago) found an old (I think) thread on MPGH, and it had the download for a 5-6MB C++ download. It actually worked too! I cant find it WinRar though, it seems I never can...there in some folder I cant find (XD)

Anyone know where to find this link? I tried Googling.

Why do you want such a small C++ compiler? Most REALLY small ones are console windows, and they're really shitty for compiling.

Oh, I didn't know...it looked like a full version to me, I could most of the tutorials quite easily.

Obviously im missing something here (xd)
